We will notify you of the cost to repair the machine before beginning any work. In addition, each machine will be fully cleaned and oiled before being returned to you so that it will function optimally every time you use it.

All sewing machine repairs are by estimate only. You will need to check your machine in with us and we will call you with a price approximation before we repair the machine. There is no charge for this diagnostic and we will not begin work until after we receive consent of the owner.
